1. The service
SolShed provides a browser interface for interacting with Solana programs and related services. Features may include scanning token accounts, closing eligible accounts, burning tokens, recovering rent, receiving or claiming rewards, purchasing memberships, using referrals, and viewing indexed protocol activity.
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Some features may be experimental or available only on Solana Devnet.
2. Wallets and authorization
You must use a compatible wallet and have authority over every account you interact with. SolShed never requests your private key or seed phrase. A connected wallet does not authorize a transaction by itself; you must review and approve requests presented by your wallet.
You are responsible for wallet security, transaction review, destination addresses, token selections, fee choices, and all activity performed through your wallet.
3. Blockchain transactions
- Confirmed blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
- Burned tokens and closed accounts generally cannot be restored.
- Network fees, priority fees, protocol fees, and recovered rent can change.
- Transactions may fail, expire, be delayed, or produce results different from estimates.
- Public blockchain activity is visible to anyone and may be indexed by third parties.
4. Rewards, memberships, and token information
Reward estimates are not guarantees. Eligibility, available pool capacity, membership multipliers, token metadata, and claimable amounts can change before a transaction is confirmed. Tokens and memberships are not represented as investments, deposits, or promises of future value.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use SolShed to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- access or attempt to control wallets or accounts without authorization;
- interfere with, overload, exploit, or bypass security controls of the service;
- submit malicious content, automate abusive requests, or misrepresent protocol activity;
- use the service in connection with fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, or money laundering.
6. Third-party services
SolShed relies on third-party wallets, RPC providers, hosting platforms, databases, token metadata sources, explorers, and the Solana network. Those services are governed by their own terms and may become unavailable or provide incomplete information. SolShed is not responsible for third-party services or wallet software.
7. No warranties
SolShed is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or freedom from defects. You use the service and blockchain integrations at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolShed and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses, including lost tokens, lost keys, lost profits, failed transactions, unavailable rewards, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as SolShed evolves. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published. Continuing to use SolShed after an update means you accept the revised terms.
